At WorkouTrack, we respect your privacy and give you control over your personal data. This page explains your privacy choices and how to exercise your rights.

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: You can request a copy of your personal data
• Correction: You can update or correct your information
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and data
• Export: You can request to export your workout data
• Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw consent for data processing at any time

Managing Your Data in the App

Update Your Profile

You can update your personal information directly in the app:

• Open WorkouTrack
• Go to Profile/Settings
• Edit your name, email, weight, height, or other information
• Save your changes

Delete Your Account

To delete your account and all associated data:

• Open WorkouTrack
• Go to Profile/Settings
• Select "Delete Account"
• Confirm deletion

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your workout data, personal records, and photos will be permanently deleted.

Manage Photo Permissions

To manage camera and photo library access:

• Go to your device Settings
• Find WorkouTrack in the app list
• Toggle camera/photo permissions on or off

Data Export

To request a copy of your data, please contact us at the email below. We will provide your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format within 30 days.

Data Retention

When you delete your account:

• Your data is immediately removed from active systems
• Backup copies are deleted within 90 days
• Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes only
